Alchemilla Erythropoda (Rosaceae) - Lady’s Mantle

A dwarf version of the classic lady’s mantle. Great plant for shade, takes on a reddish tint in the sun. Sprays of yellow flowers through mid summer that can rebloom if cut back late summer. It is  long lived and easy to grow. Famous for holding dew drops along the edges of the scalloped leaves and named alchemellia because the old alchemists used this pure water for their preparations. This dwarf version is great for smaller gardens with a more compact form.
