Asparagus Verticillatus (Liliaceae)
A wild and very ornamental species of asparagus from Siberia. A twining vine to 15 ft with narrow 2 in. long leaves that turn yellow, and is covered with red berries in the Fall. The small purple shoots can be eaten like its tastier cousin. It is a dioceous plant (meaning two houses). Only the female produces the berries and needs a male to do so. A beautiful and unique addition for the perennial gardener that has it all. Likes sun, and rich, well drained soil.

We should be able to begin to sell sexed plants and divisions from proven plants. We also have many small, unsexed plants for $10
