Amsonia Hubrichtii (Apocynaceae) - Arkansas Blue Star

Also known as Arkansas blue star. This award winning, North American native is a great garden plant with a year around show. Clusters of sky blue, star shaped flowers through late spring. The lacy, green foliage stay green and nice all summer, turning bright yellow in the fall and persisting late in the garden. The form becomes more shrub-like as the plant ages making a more striking display.
